When the client signs a construction contract with BuilderK, you're officially locked in as the referring partner on that project.

The client must not already be in BuilderK's pipeline. If they've had prior contact with us, the referral won't be valid.
Your referral must be submitted before your client has their first consultation with BuilderK. First come, first served.
If the same client is submitted by more than one person, the first verified submission gets credit — no exceptions.
Your referral stays active for 12 months from submission date. If the client signs a contract within that window, you're paid.

No. Anyone can refer a client and earn the commission — realtors, mortgage brokers, friends, family, or anyone else who connects us with a client who builds with BuilderK.
Yes. Your normal real estate commission on the lot purchase is a separate transaction from the 3% BuilderK referral fee. Both are yours — they don't offset each other in any way.
