Are you passionate about real estate and land acquisition? Builderk is open to proposals from experienced Land Acquisition Manager Partners to collaborate with us on exciting construction projects. We currently have more than 10 different territories open in Florida. As a Land Acquisition Manager Partner, you will not be an employee—you will be a true partner, earning commissions, income shares, and other financial benefits on a project-by-project basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and development by identifying and securing prime land opportunities for our projects.

Your Role:

• Strategic Land Acquisition: You will manage the entire land acquisition process, from identifying potential sites to negotiating and closing land purchase agreements. Your expertise will help us secure the best locations for our developments.
• Feasibility Studies & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and market analysis to ensure that the land we acquire aligns with our project goals and market demand. Your insights will be critical in guiding our strategic decisions.
• Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with our development teams to identify acquisition opportunities that meet our strategic objectives. Ensure that all processes comply with legal regulations and company policies, safeguarding our projects and investments.
