Boca Pointe
Comprehensive renovation project that included the construction of the community clubhouse and several custom homes within the country club. The scope of work also involved the renovation of the community entryway: site demolition of three existing signs, landscaping and removal of asphalt, installation of pavers, renovation of the guardhouse, and construction of three new monument signs. Additionally, the project featured the installation of all-new landscape lighting, landscaping, and irrigation systems, including large palms and other mature plant species.
